The Aim of the Echuca Moama Cycling Club is to foster, develop and promote safe competitive cycling in the Echuca, Moama and surrounding districts for the benefit, fun and enjoyment of all members, at all levels of competition.

In July 1869 the Cricketing Men of Echuca held a special meeting and formed a Bicycle Club. Bicycle Club formed and reformed until 1900.
The Boxing Day Carnival was born the year of 1906 where it put Echuca on the map.
November 1927 – Echuca has two cycling clubs, Professional and Amateur.
October 1949 – Club Blazers were organised to give members a distinctive appearance.
Victoria Park Oval – 1952 cycling track was sealed. 1985 Boxing Day fatality, Carnival moved to Shepparton.
Around 1987 the cycling track was removed from Vic Park.
1991-1992 Velodrome Built- Boxing Day Carnival first event in 1992. 30 years involvement with Murray to Moyne relay race, raising funds for Echuca Hospital.
